SHIPPING

Most orders ship free within the continental U.S. within approximately 5 - 10 business days. Contact us to get a quote for expedited shipping options. Please note, these are estimates. If actual shipping cost exceeds estimates, we will contact you to collect payment for additional shipping costs prior to shipment. Special shipping rates apply for items shipped beyond the mainland United States. Foundation and bed frame shipping rates listed below. The Shepherd's Dream all-wool mattress ships via FedEx, signature required. 

Packaging - With the exception of mattresses, our products ship without the use of plastic wrap in the shipping carton. If you would like a little extra protection, you can request your items be placed in a biodegradable bag on your cart page. If you have already placed your order, contact us to request special packaging.

Lead Times - Our lead times consist of the amount of time needed to make your product, as most of our items are handmade to order. This does not include the time for shipping or delivery. In some circumstances, scheduled delivery dates may be rescheduled due to shipping delays or staffing shortages.

For in-stock items, the current delivery time frame is 3-10 days. For items made-to-order, lead times vary from 2-6 weeks depending on the product. You can check specific product lead times on the product page. 

International Shipments - Choose shipping method at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. For orders to Canada, we include appropriate NAFTA Certificate of Origin documents for items we manufacture. Estimated shipping charges are paid at time of order. If actual shipping cost exceeds estimates, we will contact you to collect payment for additional shipping costs prior to shipment. 

White-Glove Delivery-Available for Soaring Heart certified organic Latex Mattresses and Shikibuton, for an added cost of $150 per item. Includes delivery into room, set up, and removal of shipping debris. 

Full-Service Delivery- Included with WJ Southard mattresses and foundation. Includes delivery into room, set up, and removal of shipping debris.

WJ Southard Foundation and Mattresses - $150 for Twin/TwinXL, all other sizes are $200
Nomad Bed Frames and Furniture - $150 for Twin/TwinXL sizes and nightstands, all other sizes are $200
