Shipping

We are busy at work handcrafting your orders with care! 

Our team may be small, but they work hard to build each item with as much care and attention as it deserves. As such, sometimes our lead times can fluctuate during busy seasons.

Please expect extended lead times of up to 2-4 weeks, depending on the product. For a lead time estimate, please call 360-819-6047.

Free shipping only applies to orders $150.00 and above and covers standard ground transit, typically a one week to ten day delivery period. Free shipping does not apply outside of the continental US, to Canada, or other to international destinations.

Please call us for specific quotes to those destinations, we are happy to help find the most efficient way to deliver to your door!

• Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii ship UPS Standard or USPS Priority and the cost at checkout is an estimate. If actual shipping cost exceeds estimates, we will contact you to collect payment for additional shipping costs prior to shipment. To use a different shipping option, contact us. 
• Please note that due to increased shipping costs, all Coyuchi items will incur a $30 shipping charge at checkout. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us. 
• Orders of $150 or more ship free within the continental U.S. within approximately 5 - 10 business days.
• The Shepherd's Dream all-wool mattress ships via FedEx, signature required. 

When you receive your purchase, please inspect the packaging. If you see any rips in the plastic or cardboard or see any other shipping-related problems, please describe what you see on the bill of lading before you sign it, ask the driver to sign it, then call us immediately.

Missing Packages

If your package gets lost or delayed in transit, we must wait 20 days before filing a missing package claim, per mail carrier restrictions. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for mail-carrier caused delays. Once 20 days pass, we can file a missing package claim on your behalf and send a replacement. 

If you've received notification that your package was delivered but it is not there, please double-check your proof of delivery through the tracking number provided to you. Sometimes your package may have accidentally gotten delivered to a neighbor, delivered to a side door, or to an office if you reside in a living complex. Please check all avenues and wait 24 hours before contacting us. Oftentimes, your package is just around the corner!

Packaging

With the exception of mattresses, our products ship without the use of plastic wrap in the shipping carton. If you would like a little extra protection, you can request your items be placed in a biodegradable bag on your cart page. If you have already placed your order, contact us to request special packaging.

Lead Times

Our lead times consist of the amount of time needed to make your product, as most of our items are handmade to order. This does not include the time for shipping or delivery. In some circumstances, scheduled delivery dates may be rescheduled due to shipping delays or staffing shortages.

For in-stock items, the current delivery time frame is 3-10 days. For items made-to-order, lead times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on the product. You can check specific product lead times on the product page. 

International Shipments

Choose shipping method at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. For orders to Canada, we include appropriate NAFTA Certificate of Origin documents for items we manufacture. Estimated shipping charges are paid at time of order. If actual shipping cost exceeds estimates, we will contact you to collect payment for additional shipping costs prior to shipment.

This map portrays average shipping times for orders shipped from our facility. We only ship Monday-Thursday. Please note that some vendor items such as Coyuchi may ship from elsewhere.

These are estimated shipping times from the mail carriers and are subject to change during busy or holiday seasons, or delays. While we ship your order with the most trusted mail carriers to ensure speedy delivery, USPS and UPS are subject to their own delays that we cannot predict. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for mail-carrier caused delays.
