Shipping, Returns and Policies
We stand behind the quality of our work. With the exception of furniture and certain mattresses (see product pages for guidance), we’re happy to refund any item that hasn’t been used or washed. Just contact us for a return authorization number, and send the item back within 30 days of original receipt. Make sure the product tags are intact, and use the original packaging.
- If your item has a defect (other than an as-is clearance item) or was damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, let us know within 10 days. We’ll pay return shipping.
- If you change your mind (except on clearance and custom items), you pay shipping.
- All returns are inspected. If your item doesn’t qualify for a refund, you have 30 days to choose to have it shipped back to you.
A restocking fee applies to all returnable mattresses and select toppers. See individual product pages for guidance on which mattresses can be returned.
If you bought your HLO product elsewhere, contact the original seller for their return policy.
