Did it arrive damaged?It’s rare. Quite rare. But it very occasionally it does happen.
If it happens to you, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper and see about getting replacement bedding sent as quickly as possible. We want you to be satisfied with your order!
- If you think your item may be defective or it arrived damaged please contact our office within 10 days from receipt of purchase to be eligible for a replacement.
- Depending on the specific situation we may ask you for pictures of the defect (which may be taken digitally & emailed), or send the item back to us using a pre-paid shipping label.
